Mainor Marketing & PR customizes marketing and public relations plans that meet each client’s needs.  MMPR will meet with individual clients and tailor a plan that will consist of a combination of the following services that will get each client top-of-mind to their target market.  Below is a list of services that can be combined or ordered ala carte!

SERVICES:

•  Press Releases: In the event that the client requires only a press release, this option is available. MMPR will gather information about the item or event that needs promotion. A press release will be created and presented to the client for approval. After the document is approved, it will be sent to all appropriate media outlets by MMPR.

• The client should have a representative available to speak about the event, service or product. In the case that a representative is not available, MMPR can provide the representation. This service may be included in a monthly program for a retainer fee.

• Social Media Development: MMPR will create social media accounts for the client. The client will then choose to compose and submit posts or MMPR will set up monthly meetings with the client to develop relevant and effective messages as well as a schedule for posting those messages.

• Social Media Management:  This is a continuation of MMPR’s Social Media Development.  There will be an initial fee for development, then a monthly fee for management.  This service may also be included into a monthly program for a retainer fee.

• Marketing Plan Development: To create a marketing plan, MMPR will first meet with the client to identify potential markets and ways to reach those markets. The client will have the option to run the plan in house or MMPR can proceed with the execution of the plan.

• Marketing Plan Management:  A Marketing plan developed by MMPR for a client will be managed by MMPR.  This service is also available in a monthly program for a retainer fee.

• Award/List Identification: MMPR will help clients identify and compile a list of appropriate awards such as “Best Ofs,” Forbes, Inc., etc. MMPR will also handle appropriate paperwork and forms with the help of the client.  Note: sometimes financial information will be required of the client to share for these applications/nominations.

• Speaking Engagements/Talk Show Bookings: MMPR will identify appropriate markets for the client and find ways to use appropriate community vehicles to access target markets using a database of civic organizations and TV talk shows with contacts.

• Grassroots/Sponsorship Consulting: MMPR will help the client identify appropriate groups to join, events to sponsor and events which will be especially important to attend in order to fortify the company’s presence in the community.

• Event Planning and/or Event Promotion:  MMPR will participate in the coordination of events as needed. Whether MMPR plans the event from scratch or coordinates all actions to promote an event organized by the client, MMPR will tailor a plan to fit the client’s needs.
